Foursomes Medal, qualifying round played over 18 holes.        
Handicap limit 24 for men, 30 for ladies.        
Any full member is eligible to enter the qualifying round though the Committee requests      
that anyone who does not wish to play in the knockout stages indicates this prior to the draw    
Handicap allowances in the qualifying round will be 1/2 of the aggregate handicap of the partners.    
Knockout stages and final will be 1/2 of the full difference between the aggregate handicaps of either side.    
           
From the qualifying round the first 15 pairs and those tied for 16th place qualify for the knockout stages.    
In the event of there being more than 16 qualifiers the highest scoring qualifiers will be drawn to play a preliminary round.    
           
The Committee will make the draw and arrange dates by which all the various rounds are to be played.    
The final will be arranged by the Committee.        
           
All matches to be played to a finish over 18 holes.        
If tied after 18 holes "sudden death" will decide the winners      
If unplayable conditions occur the game may be discontinued by mutual agreement under Rule 6-8a.
